Our supervising doctor is available 24/7 to collect information and establish the optimal evacuation plan regarding patient safety and global cost.
Each call center works under supervision of a Regulation Doctor and an Operation Manager, and provides assistance in various languages:

Every single mission is scheduled and monitored by our operators and regulating practitioner , from the escort’s departure to patient’s arrival at the destination hospital. In case of an unexpected event, escorting team will immidiately notify operators in order to ensure patient’s safety and comfort and notify parties concerned.
Escorts are equiped with dedicated Smartphone and credit card, allowing them to maintain constant communication with our operating team, providing a constant supervision by our regulating practitioner.
