Medic’Air missions are conducted by teams of highly trained and experienced professional physicians, registered nurses and nursing auxiliaries.

Every new addition to our team undergoes an extensive training with special on the specific restrictions and guidelines implied by air transportation as well as on the multicultural approach to international missions.

Each member of our team is required to keep his/her practice while undertaking specific training on a regular basis :

Use of specific air transport medical equipment
Aircraft safety procedures in collaboration with pilots
Resilience (regular and extraordinary procedures during missions)
Feedback management, case study, morbidity and mortality trial
Monthly newsletter
Real-life situation training under supervision of an independent organization, using electronic mannequin and aircraft cabin reconstruction
Various emergency procedures: BAT (Biorisk Air Transport – proper use of NRBC suits and isolation bubbles) during Ebola virus outbreak, Crash Buster (fast intervention in case of a multiple victim accident)

Aside from Medic’Air, our doctors and registered nurses also provide various specialized trainings :
